About Us

Girish Park Educational Society for Social Studies (GESSS) was informally initiated during the pandemic as a community-driven effort and has been officially registered as society on 28.03.2025 under the guidance, motivation and dynamic leadership of our mentor Prof. (Dr.) Ashish Kumar Sana to foster academic excellence and social development. Our society is dedicated to advancing research, education and community welfare in the social sciences domain. We provide a vibrant platform for academicians, scholars, researchers, students and other stakeholders to collaborate, innovate and contribute to knowledge dissemination and societal progress.

Our activities include the publication of scholarly works, organization of research workshops and hosting national and international seminars in collaboration with reputed organizations. We are committed to motivating young minds through career awareness programmes. Further, active engagement in charitable activities to support our community is our ambition. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and social responsibility, striving to create a meaningful impact locally and globally.
